Removing Throttle Housing

  1. Loosen screw-type clamps -2  -.
  2. Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1  -.
  3. Move charge-air cooler as far as technically possible to the side -arrow  -.
  4. Disconnect charge air hose -3  - from the charge-air cooler, turn it and pull it off the throttle housing.

  5. Unscrew fastening screws -1  -.
  6. Remove throttle housing -2  - by guiding it past the lower retaining bracket.

  7. Check seal and replace it if necessary.
