Removing Oil Pan

NOTIFICATION 

Dirt and contamination 

• Risk of damage to units or components 
  • → Protect components from dirt and contamination.
  • → Clean or replace dirty components.

1. Remove oil pan.
   1. 1.1 Unscrew internal Torx screws (M6 x 25) -1 to 23-  .

2. Remove the oil pan.
   1. 2.1 Check moulded seal and replace it if necessary.
   2. 2.2 Replace O-ring on the support dome.
3. Clean and degrease sealing faces (using solvent naphtha or metal cleaner for example). Allow parts to dry off well.
