Removing Oil Pump

- Loosen oil pump sprocket -1-

- 1.1 Position the oil pump gear by turning it clockwise so that the two bores are parallel -X-
to the sealing face.

- Fastening screw, M8 x 22 - only use once

- 1.2 Position special tool > 9791 - retaining device-1-
on the oil pump gear.

- 1.3 Loosen internal Torx screw (M8 x 22) -2-
using socket-wrench insert (T45).

- Tool
- Fastening screw for sprocket
- 1.4 Remove special tool.
- 1.1 Position the oil pump gear by turning it clockwise so that the two bores are parallel -X-
to the sealing face.
- Unscrew screw on the sprocket, pull sprocket off the driver and leave sprocket in the timing chain.
- 2.1 Replace sprocket screw!
- Remove oil pump -1-

- 3.1 Remove oil pipe -5- . Unscrew screws -6- and disconnect oil pipe.
- 3.2 Unscrew screws -3 and 4- on oil pump and lift off the oil pump.
- 3.3 Replace O-rings and seals!
