Installing Front Brake CALLIPER

Information

Replace brake calliper fastening screws each time they are removed.

Information

Components that come into contact with brake fluid must be cleaned with brake cleaner.

IMPORTANT: Brake pads that have been contaminated with brake fluid must be replaced.

Installation is performed in reverse order to removal.
Fastening screws securing brake calliper to wheel carrier > Tightening torque 85 Nm (62.7 ftlb.)

Cap screw securing brake line to brake calliper > Tightening torque 16 Nm (11.8 ftlb.)

Holder to wheel bearing housing > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
