Replacing Gas-Discharge Headlight

  1. Unscrew the four fastening screws on the headlight cover and remove the headlight cover.

  2. Unplug connector on the gas-discharge headlight -Arrow-  .

  3. Release and open the retaining bracket -Arrow-  .
  4. Pull out gas-discharge headlight.
  5. Install gas-discharge headlight.
  6. Close the retaining bracket and clip it into the two mounting points.
  7. Plug electric connector for the gas-discharge headlight in fully.

    Vehicles with fan, continue with Step 8.

    Vehicle without fan, continue with Step  9.

  8. Convert fan.
    1. 8.1 Loosen fan by turning it anti-clockwise from the old gas-discharge headlight and remove it.
    2. 8.2 Release and disconnect electric plug connection for fan.
    3. 8.3 Install fan on new gas-discharge headlight in reverse order.

  9. Fit headlight cover and secure with the four fastening screws.
