Removing And Installing Front-End Electronics

Information 

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

• Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work. 
• Do not remove new part from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation and only at the installation position. 
• Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts.

• Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit 

Information 

The number of plug connections can vary depending on equipment.

1. Release the locking clip, swivel it 90° to the right -arrow a-  and unplug electric plug connection -arrow A-  .
2. Release electric plug connection -arrow b-  and unplug it -arrow B-  .

3. Press the locking lug down -arrow A-  and unclip the front-end electronics unit -1-  from the bracket -2-  (-arrow B-  ).¹⁾ 

   ¹⁾ The bracket remains installed.

4. Release the locking clip, swivel it up by 90° -arrow a, b-  and disconnect electric plug connections -arrow A, B-  .
5. Release the locking lugs -arrows c, d-  and disconnect the plug connections -arrows C, D-  .

6. Installation is performed in reverse order.
