Installing Pressure Sensor

Information 

Before re-installing the component, check the sealing rings on the refrigerant lines for damage and replace them if necessary.

Coat sealing rings for refrigerant lines with the relevant refrigerant oil.

Do not open the stoppers for the refrigerant lines and connections until shortly before installation.

1. Replace O-ring on the pressure sensor and coat it with refrigerant oil.

   2 Screw pressure sensor -1-  onto the thread by hand and then tighten to the prescribed tightening torque. > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

2. Clip -1-  clip from wiring harness -2-  onto the refrigerant line -3-  .

3. Plug in electric plug connection -2-  on the pressure sensor -1-  until it engages securely.
