Preparing Rear Wheel Housing (Outer) (Front Section) For Installation

- Fit in rear wheel housing (outer) (front section) and secure it to the body.
- Prepare rear wheel housing (outer) (front section) for riveting.

Joints
- 2.1 Drill bore holes for blind rivets -A- through all sheetmetal panels. > diameter 6.6 mm
- 2.2 Punch -B- holes for flow-form rivet at positions.
- Drill holes for blind rivets offset from existing holes. > diameter 6.6 mm

- Remove rear wheel housing (outer) (front section).
- Prepare rear wheel housing (outer) (front section) in the marked areas for joining.

- 5.2 Prepare areas -B- for bonding and resistance spot-welding.
