Preparing Rear Axle Bracket For Installation

Position rear axle bracket and secure it to the body.
Prepare rear axle bracket joints.

Blind rivets
1. 2.1 Drill bore holes for blind rivets -LHD vehicle - , -RHD vehicle - and -Item C- through both sheetmetal plates using > Diameter 6.6 mm .
2. 2.2 Counterbore the rivet holes -Item C- using > VAS 6957 - 100° countersink.
Remove rear axle bracket.
Prepare rear axle bracket for bonding and riveting.
