Removing Cowl Panel

Loosen cowl panel at the front.

Cowl panel, front
1. 1.1 Unscrew self-tapping screws -1- .
  > 5X00IN24 SETTING SELF-TAPPING SCREWS
2. 1.2 Drill out penetrated joints -A- using > Diameter 6.7 mm .
3. 1.3 Remove punch rivets -B- using > VAS 6790 - Compact Booster .
  > 5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS

1. 2.1 Unscrew self-tapping screws.
  > 5X00IN24 SETTING SELF-TAPPING SCREWS
2. 2.2 Drill out penetrated joints using > Diameter 6.7 mm .
Heat bonding areas using > V.A.G 1416 - Hot-Air Blower .
