Information 

Mark cuts B and C  in accordance with the new part. Make sure to leave an overlap of approx. 30 mm with respect to the body.

1. Mark and make cuts -B -  . > Distance 90 mm

2. Mark and make cut -C -  > Distance from bottom edge of side part 340 mm

3. Unscrew self-tapping screws -1-  .

4. Loosen friction element welded joints.

   1. 5.1  Heat bonding areas using > V.A.G 1416 - hot-air blower  .
   2. 5.2  Bend up folded edges in the front door aperture using > VAS 6635 - crimping pliers set, 4-piece  .
