If work was carried out on driver assistance systems, the points on the driver assistance systems checklist must be checked before starting the test drive or handing the vehicle over to the customer.
After checking the points, sign the Driver assistance systems checklist and put it in the vehicle documents folder.

- Take note of any problems that occur and correct them if necessary.
Problem: Corrected: - Check navigation system map status and update it if necessary.
- 3.1 Select the SET menu in the display and operator control unit.
- 3.2 Select Software updates.
- 3.3 Select Version info.
- 3.4 Select Navigation database version.
- 3.5 Select Country.
- 3.6 Write down the map version and take a photo of it.
- 3.7 Compare the map version with the currently available version in the PPN.
- 3.8 If necessary, update the navigation map following consultation with the customer service representative.
- Check whether the driver assistance systems can be activated.
- Sign the Driver assistance systems checklist and put it in the vehicle documents folder.
