Removing Rear Wheel Housing (Outer) (Front Section)

  1. Loosen rear wheel housing (outer) (front section).

    Joints

    JOINT AREA DESCRIPTION 

    A Drill out spotwelds.
    B Drill out penetrated joints with >diameter 4 mm  .
  2. Loosen rear wheel housing (outer) (front section).

    JOINT AREA DESCRIPTION 

    1 Unscrew self-tapping screw.
    2 Separate welded seams.
  3. Heat the marked bonding areas using >V.A.G 1416 - hot-air blower  .

  4. Remove rear wheel housing (outer) (front section).
