Preparing Connection Areas Of Body For Installing C-Pillar Reinforcement

  1. Align the sealing surfaces and connections of the body.
  2. De-burr connection points and prepare them for joining.
  3. Prepare connection areas of the body.

    Bonding areas

    1. 3.1 Prepare marked areas -A-  for bonding, riveting and steel resistance spot-welding.

    2. 3.2 Prepare marked areas -B-  for steel welding.
