- Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface.

- Before final assembly, make sure you fully understand all the work steps involved and carry out a trial assembly without applying adhesive.
- The bonding process can only be carried out reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed.
- Do not begin bonding work until all materials and tools necessary for later repair work are available.
- Apply adhesive on bonding area -A-
of the body.

- Secure (outer) B-pillar reinforcement.
Blind rivets
- 4.1 Apply a steel resistance spotweld in areas -A- .
- 4.2 Rivet in (outer) B-pillar reinforcement in areas -B- .>BLIND RIVET 999.190.229.01
- 4.3 Apply a full steel weld to the (outer) B-pillar reinforcement.
- Secure (outer) B-pillar reinforcement.
Steel welding
- 5.1 Apply a steel resistance spotweld in the areas.
- 5.2 Apply a full steel weld to the (outer) B-pillar reinforcement in areas -1- .
