Preparing Connection Areas Of Body For Installing Top Half Of Roof Cross Member At The Front

Information 

• Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle or a similar component. 
• Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well. 

1. Align the sealing surfaces and connections of the body.
2. De-burr connection points and prepare them for joining.
3. Prepare top half of roof cross member at the front for joining.

   1. 3.1 Prepare marked area -A-  for bonding and riveting.

   2. 3.2 Prepare marked areas -B-  for resistance spot-welding.
