Preparing Connection Areas Of Body For Installing Outer Roof Pillar Section

Information 

• Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle or a similar component. 
• Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well. 

1. Align the sealing surfaces and connections of the body.
2. De-burr connection points and prepare them for joining.
3. Prepare connection areas of the body.

   1. 3.1 Prepare marked areas -A-  for bonding and riveting.

   2. 3.2 Prepare marked areas -B-  for applying a full aluminum weld.
