Preparing Connection Areas Of The Body For Installing The Front Side Member (Front Section)

  1. Align the sealing surfaces and connections of the body.
  2. De-burr connection points and prepare them for joining.
  3. Drill bores on the longitudinal member. >diameter 8 mm

  4. Prepare marked areas for bonding.

    Inner bonding areas

  5. Prepare (front part of) longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section for bonding and riveting.

    Front bonding areas

  6. Prepare (front part of) longitudinal member for wheel housing upper section for bonding and riveting.
