Installing Ignition Coils For Cylinders 5 To 8

1. Install ignition coils for cylinders 5 to 8.
   1. 1.1 Insert ignition coils -3-  and check that they are seated correctly.
   2. 1.2 Fit and tighten screws -2-  on ignition coils.

      > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) (6.6 ftlb.) 

   3. 1.3 Move cable duct -1-  into installation position.

2. Secure cable duct -5-  .
   1. 2.1 Insert and lock cable plugs -6 to 9-  .
      1. 2.1.1 Insert and lock cable plug -6-  on the fuel pressure sensor.
      2. 2.1.2 Connect cable plug -7-  and insert it into the bracket. Press cable clamp onto fuel line.
      3. 2.1.3 Insert and lock cable plug -8-  for valve lift on intake camshaft.
      4. 2.1.4 Insert and lock cable plugs -9-  for ignition coils on cylinders 5 to 8.

   2. 2.2 Insert and lock cable plugs -1 to 3-  .
      1. 2.2.1 Insert cable plug -1-  into the bracket.
      2. 2.2.2 Insert and lock cable plug -2-  for valve lift on outlet camshaft.
      3. 2.2.3 Insert and lock cable plugs -3-  for fuel injectors on cylinders 5 to 8.
   3. 2.3 Tighten cable duct using nuts -4-  .

      > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) (6.6 ftlb.)

3. Connect vacuum line -3-  and vent line -5-  .
   1. 3.1 Turn vacuum line -3-  to its original position and connect it to the vacuum pump and brake booster connection -1-  .
   2. 3.2 Connect vent lines -5-  on oil separator.
