Installing Fuel Line (High-Pressure, Right)

Information 

Check fuel line for damage following removal and replace it if necessary.

1. Coat the thread of the union nuts with Microgleit DF 977S. Observe a drying time of at least 5 minutes before fitting.
2. Install fuel line -1-  .
   1. 2.1 Guide in fuel line -1-  and fit union nuts -2-  and -3-  by hand.
   2. 2.2 Screw in and tighten screw -4-  > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.6 ftlb.) 
   3. 2.3 Tighten union nuts -2-  and -3-  using > V.A.G 1331/6 - open-jawed wrench insert, a/f 17  .

      > tightening torque of 10 Nm (7.4 ftlb.) 

      > Torque angle 60°

3. The remaining installation steps are performed in reverse order.
