Removing Fuel Line (High-Pressure, Left)

Hot fuel and hot fuel lines.
- Danger of scalding
→ Allow the fuel to cool down before opening line connections.
→ Wear protective gloves.
→ Wear protective goggles.

Check fuel line for damage following removal and replace it if necessary.
- Undo screws -1 and 2-
and remove coolant pipe -3-

- Disconnect additional coolant pump coolant pipe -1- .
- Release and disconnect line connection -1-
and move brake booster vacuum line -2-
aside.

- Press sound absorber aside and unscrew union nut -1-
on the left rail using > T40055 - socket-wrench insert

on high-pressure fuel line at the right using > T40055 - socket-wrench insert

Information
- Open connections and lines must be closed off using suitable stoppers or caps.
- Unscrew screws -1-
and guide out fuel line with holders -2-
.
