Removing Centre Intake-Air Distributor

Information
- Some repairs are shown only on one side of the vehicle.
- Some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well.
- Remove suction hose -1-

- 1.1 Loosen screw-type clamps -2- .
- 1.2 Remove suction hose -1- .
Suction hose
- Remove struts -1-
at the left and right.
- 2.1 Unscrew and remove screws -2- and -3- .
- 2.2 Remove strut -1- .

- Disconnect electric wire harness from Centre intake-air distributor.
- 3.1 Unclip clips -1- .
- 3.2 Release and disconnect electric plug connections -2- and -3- .
- 3.3 Unscrew and remove screw -4- .

- Disconnect main wire harness and secondary wire harness from the intake-air distributor.
- 4.1 Unclip clips -1- and -2- .

- Release and disconnect vacuum lines -1-
on the Centre intake-air distributor.

- Remove pressure hose from the throttle valve.
- 6.1 Loosen screw-type clamp on pressure hose -2- .
- 6.2 Pull pressure hose -1- off the throttle valve and set it down.

- Remove air guide -1-

- 7.1 Unclip clip -2- .
- 7.2 Unclip air guide -1- at the side and guide it up and out.

- Remove the Centre intake-air distributor.
- 8.1 Unclip clip -2- .
- 8.2 Unscrew screws -1- .
- 8.3 Guide Centre intake-air distributor up and out.
