Installing Coolant Regulator (Thermostat Insert)

Information 

Install seals with open side facing the engine.

1. Installation is performed in reverse order.
2. Install seals -1 and 2-  .

   Installing seals

   1. 2.1 Push in seal -1-  using > T40357 - pressure piece -2-  and tap it in as far as it will go.
   2. 2.2 Install seal -3-  .
3. Screw in and tighten screws for coolant regulator (thermostat insert) > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) 
4. Screw in and tighten screws on screw-type clamps on the suction hose.

   > Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.) 

   > Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.)
