Removing Double Clutch Transmission

WARNING:
Danger of objects or loads falling down
- Risk of squashing or crushing
→ Secure components to prevent them from falling down.
- Unscrew screws -1-
and remove bracket -2-

- Release and disconnect electric plug connection for crankshaft pulse sender -1-

- Disconnect wire harness for starter.
- 3.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1-
and cut tie-wrap -2-
.

- 3.2 Open line bracket -1-

- 3.3 Unclip clamp -2- and guide out electric wire harness for starter -3- by pulling it back towards the transmission.

- 3.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1-
and cut tie-wrap -2-

- Disconnect electric wire harness for transmission -3-
.
- 4.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connections -1- .
- 4.2 Unclip clips -2- and set electric wire harness for transmission -3- aside.

Information
The ATF pan must cover the complete surface of the transmission jack.
If this is not the case, the gap at the ATF pan must be filled with a suitable object (piece of wood).
- Support transmission at the ATF pan -1-
using transmission jack -2-
and secure with a retaining strap.

- Unscrew screws -Arrows-
on the transmission support.

- Unscrew screws -1-
and -2-
