Conditions For Carrying Out Calibration

Information
- Calibration is also required for vehicles with steel spring suspension. The angle sensors for headlight beam adjustment are calibrated during the process.
- During height sensor calibration, the vehicle will be raised and lowered and then balance itself out!
- The measured values for the vehicle height must correspond approximately to the values specified under Adjustment values for suspension alignment. If an implausible value is entered, it will not be accepted. For the current comparative values for the vehicle height, please refer to the adjustment values for suspension alignment
Calibrate if one or more of the following situations apply:
- Height values of the vehicle deviate from the required height values,
- Control unit has been replaced,
- Level sensors have been replaced,
- Vehicle is tilted after being raised. If lifting platform mode is activated, carry out a test drive. If this fails, check the system for faults

Level sensors are calibrated by determining a correction factor corresponding to the actual vehicle height and storing it permanently in the control unit.
