Installing Heater Holder

Position holder -2- on heater and fit and tighten screws -1- .
- Tightening torque 11 Nm (8 ftlb.)

Holder to heater
Position circulating pump -2- and fit and tighten screws -1- .
- Tightening torque 2 Nm (1.5 ftlb.) (1.5 ftlb.)

Circulating pump on holder
Clip in fuel line -1- at the marked positions -Arrows- .

Secure exhaust pipe -1- on holder.

Exhaust pipe on holder
1. 4.1 Position exhaust pipe -1- and fit and tighten screw -2- .
  - Tightening torque 7 Nm (5 ftlb.)
Position intake muffler -2- in the cut-outs in the holder and secure it to the holder using new tie-wraps -1-Arrows-

Intake muffler on holder
Push electric plug connections -1- sideways onto the holder -2- and engage them.

Insert coolant hoses -1- in the holder -2- and close the holder.
