Install front air guide (at the top).

V6 Turbo only:
Install pressure pipe (from charge-air cooler to charge-air cooler) at the top.

Perform cooling-air flap adaptation:
1. 4.1 Perform cooling-air flap adaptation using the PIWIS Tester.
  1. 4.1.1 Connect the PIWIS Tester to the vehicle, start the PIWIS Tester and switch on ignition.
  2. 4.1.2 Select the DME control unit in the control unit overview.
  3. 4.1.3 In the Maintenance/repairs tab, select Adaptations and then sub-procedure: Select cooling-air flaps.
  4. 4.1.4 Follow the instructions on the PIWIS Tester.
