Installing Expansion Valve

→ Observe the safety regulations for extraction and filling systems.
→ Observe the instructions for repairing air-conditioning systems and storing spare parts.
Information
- Before re-installing the expansion valve, the O-rings on the refrigerant lines must be checked for damage and replaced if necessary.
- The O-rings on the refrigerant lines must be coated with refrigerant oil.
- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
- 1.1 Tighten screws on expansion valve.
> Tightening - torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- 1.1 Tighten screws on expansion valve.
