Installing Exhaust Pipe

Exhaust pipe on heater

1. 1.1  Position exhaust pipe -2-  on the heater.
2. 1.2  Tighten screw-type clamp -1-  .
   • Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) 

• Tightening torque 7 Nm (5 ftlb.)

Exhaust pipe on holder

Heater

1. 3.1  Position rubber sleeve -1-  or the retaining pin -2-  .
2. 3.2  Engage clip -3-  on the holder into the cut-out -4-  .

Flexi-pipe on silencer

1. 5.1  Push flexi-pipe for silencer -1-  with screw-type clamp -2-  onto the exhaust pipe.
2. 5.2  Tighten screws on heater holder.
   • Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 
3. 5.3  Tighten screw-type clamp -2-  .
   • Tightening torque 4 Nm (3 ftlb.)
