Filling Oil For All-Wheel Final Drive (Transmission Oil)

Secure vehicle to prevent it rolling away.
To check transmission oil the vehicle must be horizontal.

Information

To ensure that the various oil chambers in the transmission are filled uniformly, always observe the specified filling time.

Fill in oil for all-wheel final drive slowly and uniformly over a period of at least 5 minutes.
1. 1.1 Unscrew inspection plug and filler screw -3- .
2. 1.2 Repeat the filling process step-by-step every 15 seconds using 50 ml of oil.
3. 1.3 Oil for all-wheel final drive must come up to the lower edge of the inspection and filler bore.
4. 1.4 Tighten inspection plug and filler screw -3- .
  - Tightening torque 60 Nm (44 ftlb.)
