Removing Oil Cooler

Information 

Risk of contaminating the lubricating system 

  1. Release and disconnect line connection for positive crankcase ventilation -1-  and move it aside.

    Information 

    Risk of contaminating the oil cooler 

    • Open parts of the oil cooler must be covered. 
  2. Remove oil cooler -1-  .

    Oil cooler

    1. 2.1  Unscrew screws on oil cooler -2-  .
    2. 2.2  Loosen oil cooler -1-  and remove it.
    3. 2.3  Remove residual sealant fro m the oil cooler -1-  and cylinder block using a rotating plastic brush.
  3. Replace seals -1-  .
