Installing ATF Cooling Line (Rear Section)

ATF cooling line on engine

1. 1.1  Position rear section of the ATF cooling line -1-  .
2. 1.2  Screw in and tighten screw -2-  .
   • Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)

Connection point for ATF cooling line

1. 2.1  Remove stoppers from line connections.
2. 2.2  Join front and rear sections -3 and 4-  .
3. 2.3  Screw on union nuts -1-  and counter at the hexagon -2-  at the same time.
   • Tightening torque 29 Nm (21 ftlb.)

ATF cooling line - rear section on double clutch transmission

1. 3.1  Remove stoppers from line connections.
2. 3.2  Replace O-rings for ATF cooling line on the double clutch transmission.
3. 3.3  Connect ATF cooling line -1-  .
4. 3.4  Screw in and tighten screw on line for ATF cooling -2-  .
   • Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)
