| 1 | Screw/replace, coat thread and contact surfaces with oil Initial tightening 45 Nm (33 ftlb.) Final tightening + 90° |
| 2 | Connecting-rod bearing cap/check installation position, mark cylinder allocation, can only be fitted at one position on connecting rod, B markings facing pulley side |
| 3 | Connecting-rod bearing/mark used bearing shells, coat with oil |
| 4 | Pressure relief valve Tightening torque 27 Nm (20 ftlb.) |
| 5 | Oil spray jet |
| 6 | Circlip/replace |
| 7 | Piston pin/coat with oil |
| 8 | Piston/mark cylinder allocation and installation position, arrow on piston crown facing pulley side |
| 9 | Piston-ring set/offset gaps by 120° with respect to each other, "TOP" or "R" marking must be facing upwards |
| 10 | Oil scraper ring/offset gap by 120° with respect to adjacent piston ring, "TOP" or "R" marking must be facing upwards |
| 11 | Connecting rod/replace only in sets, mark cylinder allocation, B markings facing pulley side |
