Removing Moulded Hose (Turbocharger - Charge Air Cooler)

CAUTION: Hot components 
  • Risk of burns 
  • → Let hot components cool down
  • → Wear personal protective gear.
  1. Remove -1-  moulded hose.

    Moulded hose (turbocharger - charge air cooler)

    1. 1.1  Loosen screw-type -2 and 3-  clamps.
    2. 1.2  Pull off the moulded hose -1-  , lead it out and seal the line connections with suitable plugs.
    3. 1.3  Collect escaping oil.
