Removing Centre Coolant Pipe (Engine) At The Right

  1. Loosen heat shield on right coolant pipe -1-  .

  2. Remove right -1-  coolant pipe.

    Right coolant pipe

    1. 2.1  Release locking mechanism -2-  .
    2. 2.2  Unscrew screws -3 and 4-  .
    3. 2.3  Unscrew screw -5-  on and pull off adapter -6-  from crankcase.
    4. 2.4  Catch escaping coolant and close off line connections using suitable stoppers.
    5. 2.5  Pull right coolant pipe -1-  off the -7-  coolant hose.
    6. 2.6  Catch escaping coolant and close off line connections using suitable stoppers.
