Removing Coolant Pump

NOTIFICATION 

Cooling circuit not filled correctly 

• Risk of damage to vehicle components 
  1. → After relieving the system pressure, do not start the engine or high-voltage system.
  2. → Fill and bleed the cooling system correctly before starting the engine or high-voltage system.

1. Remove cable plug holder -1-  .

   1. 1.1  Disengage cable plug -3-  from the holder -1-  and release and disconnect it.
   2. 1.2  Unscrew screws -2-  and remove holder -1-  .
2. Remove coolant pump -5-  .

   Coolant pump

   1. 2.1  Loosen and unscrew coolant pump screws -1 to 4-  one after the other.
   2. 2.2  Remove coolant pump -5-  from coolant regulator housing.
   3. 2.3  Soak up any emerging coolant using suitable aids.
