Installing Drive Belt For Coolant Pump

Information 

The screw of the coolant pump drive belt pulley has a left-hand thread.

  1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
    1. 1.1  Replace screw for drive belt pulley -2-  .
    2. 1.2  Check installation position of the drive belt pulley.

      The collar of the drive belt pulley must be facing outwards.

    3. 1.3  Fit and tighten screw on drive belt pulley -2-  .

      > Initial - tightening 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 

      > Final tightening + 90°

    4. 1.4  Fit and tighten screws on toothed belt covering -2-  .

      > Tightening - torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
