Installing Oil Cooler Bracket

Joining socket on oil cooler bracket

1. 1.1  Insert joining socket -2-  into the coolant pump housing -3-  .

Oil cooler bracket

1. 2.1  Fit new screws for oil cooler bracket -1 to 5-  by hand.
2. 2.2  Tighten screws on oil cooler bracket in the sequence -1 to 5-  .

   Initial tightening 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 

   Final tightening + 90° 

> 173055 - CHANGING OIL FILTER

Coolant pipe

1. 4.1  Position coolant pipe -1-  .
2. 4.2  Fit and tighten screws for coolant pipe -2-  .

   Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
