Holder for solenoid valves

1. 1.1  Pull solenoid valves -2-  off the holder -1-  and set them aside.
2. 1.2  Unscrew nuts on holder -3-  .
3. 1.3  Remove holder -1-  .

Cable plugs for camshaft sensors

Information 

• Sealing faces must be cleaned to remove all residual sealant. 
• Sealing faces must be free of grease and oil. 
• Sealing faces must be cleaned with primer Loctite 7515.

1. 3.1  Unscrew screws on cylinder head cover -1 to 20-  .
2. 3.2  Screw two screws (M8 x 25)  into the threaded bores -22-  by hand.
3. 3.3  Tighten screws alternately by half a turn each until the cylinder head cover -21-  is loosened.
4. 3.4  Remove cylinder head cover -21-  .
5. 3.5  Remove screws from the threaded bores -22-  .
6. 3.6  Carefully clean sealing faces on the cylinder head cover.
