Removing Charge-Air Cooler

  1. Disconnect pressure hoses -1-  on charge-air cooler -3-  .

    Pressure hoses on charge-air cooler

    1. 1.1  Loosen screw-type clamps on pressure hoses -2-  .
    2. 1.2  Disconnect pressure hoses -1-  from charge-air cooler -3-  .
  2. Remove charge-air cooler -1-  .

    Charge-air cooler

    1. 2.1  Unscrew screw on charge-air cooler -2-  .
    2. 2.2  Release retaining lug for charge-air cooler -3-  .
    3. 2.3  Tilt charge-air cooler -1-  away from the vehicle and remove it from the holders -4-  .
