Installing Transmission Oil Cooler

Transmission oil cooler

1. 1.1  Replace O-rings.
2. 1.2  Insert transmission oil cooler -1-  into connection on the transmission.
3. 1.3  Position and tighten three screws -2-  .

   > Tightening torque 23 N.m (17 ft lb.)

Transmission oil line on transmission oil cooler

1. 2.1  Position transmission oil line -1-  and insert it into the connections on the transmission and transmission oil cooler.
2. 2.2  Clip transmission oil line -1-  into clip -3-  .
3. 2.3  Push on retaining clips -2-  .

Coolant hoses on transmission oil cooler

1. 3.1  Push coolant hoses -1-  onto transmission oil cooler.
2. 3.2  Fasten spring band clamps -2-  using > VAS 6890 - spring band clamp pliers  .
