Replacing Transmission Mount

NOTE: Incorrect handling of components

Risk of damage to components
→ Carefully remove and install component.

Replace transmission mount -1- .

Transmission mount on gear support
1. 1.1 Clamp gear support -2- in a suitable vice using aluminum clamping jaws.
2. 1.2 Mark position of transmission mount -1- with respect to gear support -2- .
3. 1.3 Unscrew nut -1- and counter -Arrows- at the two flats on the gear support -2- .
4. 1.4 Remove transmission mount -1- from gear support -2- .
5. 1.5 Transfer the marking from the old to the new transmission mount -1- .
6. 1.6 Insert new transmission mount -1- into the gear support -2- and align it according to the marking.
7. 1.7 Fit nut -3- by hand.
8. 1.8 Remove gear support -2- from the vice.
