Mounting Transmission

Information 

• The coolant hoses must lock with an audible click when pushed into the plug-in couplings. 

Information 

Replace flange screws if necessary.

1. Mount transmission.
   1. 1.1  Screw in screws in the following sequence, but do not tighten yet: Screw in screws -3 to 6-  first, then screws -1 and 2-  .
   2. 1.2  Tighten the screws -1 to 6-  .

      > Tightening torque 85 N.m (63 ft lb.) 

   3. 1.3  Remove restraining straps.

2. Secure coolant hoses -1-  .
   1. 2.1  Connect coolant hoses and check that they are seated securely.
   2. 2.2  Lock spring clamps -2-  by pressing them in direction of -arrow-  .
   3. 2.3  Check that the coolant hoses are fitted securely.
   4. 2.4  Clip in retaining clip -3-  .

3. Push on and lock cable plug -1-  on the hall sender -2-  .
