Draining Transmission Oil

Information 

The following conditions must be met in order to drain the transmission oil:

• Engine is switched off. 
• Movable transmission parts are not moving. 
• Vehicle is raised at a level driving position by a lifting platform. 
• Oil collection pan is under the transmission. 

1. Drain transmission oil.
   1. 1.1  Unscrew filler plug on manual transmission -1-  .
   2. 1.2  Unscrew drain plug on manual transmission -2-  .
   3. 1.3  Allow transmission oil to drain completely into the oil collection pan.
