Suspected is, that the mating surfaces of the clamp to the bracket do not fully engage at assembly. (See arrows in Fig. 1.) This condition occurs during vehicle operation. Many possible modes leading to the loosening could exist to explain this detachment. This matter is under investigation. In the meantime, please perform the instruction highlighted below, if the cable detaches.
