Installing Roll-Over Bar

  1. Installation is performed in reverse order to removal.

    Tighten fastening screw for belt strap guide to the specified tightening torque. > Tightening torque 46 N.m (34 ft lb.) 

    Tighten fastening screws for roll-over bar at the sides to the specified tightening torque. > Tightening torque 46 N.m (34 ft lb.) 

    Tighten fastening screw for roll-over bar at the front to the specified tightening torque. > Tightening torque 46 N.m (34 ft lb.) 

    Tighten fastening screw for roll-over bar at the rear to the specified tightening torque. > Tightening torque 46 N.m (34 ft lb.) 

    Tighten fastening screw for flap mechanism to the specified tightening torque. > Tightening torque 3.2 N.m (2.5 ft lb.)
