Installing Front Three-Point Belt

Information 

• Install seat-belt pretensioner only with the ground terminal of the battery disconnected. 
• Do not re-connect the battery until you have finished installing the seat belt. 

Information 

Ensure that the belt strap can run properly!

1. Guide the seat belt at the left of the door sill -arrow A-  and turn the belt fitting 180 degrees -arrow B-  .

2. Screw in screw on belt fitting at the left.
3. Guide the seat belt at the right of the door sill -arrow A-  and turn the belt fitting 180 degrees -arrow B-  .

   Seat belt, right side

4. Screw in screw on belt fitting at the right.
5. Further installation is performed in reverse order.

   Tighten screws on belt fittings at the left and right. > Tightening torque 50 N.m (37 ft lb.) 

   Screw in and tighten screws on seat-belt pretensioner at the left and right. > Tightening torque 50 N.m (37 ft lb.)
