Replacing TENSIONING Roller

  1. Unclip protection cap -1-  using a suitable tool -2-  and remove it in direction of -arrow-  .

  2. Remove tensioning roller -2-  .
    1. 2.1  Also unscrew screw -1-  and remove tensioning roller -2-  .

  3. Install new tensioning roller -2-  .
    1. 3.1  Position tensioning roller -2-  on carrier for tension roller.
    2. 3.2  Fit and tighten screw -1-  .

      > Tightening torque 23 N.m (17 ft lb.)

  4. Clip protection cap into tensioning roller.
