Removing Drive Belt

WARNING: Rotating components

Danger of limbs being trapped or severed
→ Disconnect power supply to the drive motor of components or to the battery.

If the drive belt is to be re-installed:
Mark the rolling direction of the drive belt with chalk.
Unscrew screw -1- using > 9836/1 - socket-wrench insert , counter at the hexagon -2- at the same time and remove spacer sleeve -3- .

Remove drive belt -1- .
1. 3.1 Slacken the drive belt -1- .
  1. 3.1.1 Turn carrier for tensioning roller -2- clockwise as far as it will go at the hexagon -3- (-direction of arrow- ) and hold it.
2. 3.2 Remove drive belt -1- from the pulley on the generator -4- .
3. 3.3 Guide out drive belt -1- .
