Removing Vibration Damper

  1. Remove vibration damper -1-  .
    1. 1.1  Turn vibration damper -1-  clockwise using > 9773 - turning device  until one staking bore in the vibration damper -1-  is flush with the crankcase bore.
    2. 1.2  Lock vibration damper -1-  in place with > 9595/1 - locating pin  .
    3. 1.3  Loosen screws on vibration damper -2-  and pull off > 9595/1 - locating pin  .
    4. 1.4  Unscrew screws on vibration damper -2-  and remove vibration damper -1-  from the crankshaft.

      1. 1.4.1  Replace vibration damper screws.
